Marta Ray’s home from 1841 to 1851 was a rustic decaying ship store nestled in the oldest part of town, close to the towering lighthouse. She lived there for ten years, known as the ‘The Catch at Sea,’ alongside her mother and the two Crumleys.
The town’s streets echoed with the sounds of creaking bows of tall ships and the moans of stretched rope lines. Despite these sounds, it wasn’t as spooky as the peculiar visitor or as eerie as the mysterious storm. Yet, little did she know, her world was about to change forever.
